Do you work across the whole of the UK?
Yes. Richards Haynes operates nationwide. We have delivered projects across England, Wales, and Scotland for both private residential clients and commercial operators. Distance does not limit the service we offer.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every trade we offer is carried out by our own directly employed workforce. This is a deliberate decision — it means consistent quality, a single line of accountability, and no risk of a subcontractor walking off your project.
What types of project do you take on?
We cover the full range of residential and commercial construction: extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, new builds, HMO conversions, commercial fit-outs, retail units, and mixed-use development. If it involves construction, we can likely help.
How does the single-contract model work?
You sign one contract with Richards Haynes Ltd. That contract covers every trade — groundworks, structure, M&E, finishes, and decoration. You receive one invoice, deal with one project manager, and have one company responsible for the entire outcome.
What is the minimum project size you accept?
We focus on projects where our full-service model adds the most value. This typically means extensions, conversions, or refurbishments upward from £50,000 in value, and commercial projects from £100,000. Contact us and we will give you an honest assessment.
